Sales tax of 10.25% is calculated on the package price and shown separately on each card, in the cart, and at checkout. For example, $1,500 plus $153.75 tax comes to $1,653.75.

A refund of unused value is calculated at the original package rate, with the tax portion adjusted accordingly.

How is the 10.25% sales tax calculated?

Tax is calculated on the package price, not added to a price that already includes it. The Calm Package is $1,500 plus $153.75 tax, for a total of $1,653.75. Each card, the cart, and the checkout summary show the package price, the tax, and the total separately.

Do packages expire or renew automatically?

No. Unused package value does not expire, and there is no automatic renewal or recurring billing. You are charged once, at the time of purchase.

What happens to unused value?

Our refund policy returns the unused portion at the original package rate, without repricing completed services, with the tax portion adjusted accordingly. Read the full refund policy.

Can someone else use my package?

Transfers require our prior written agreement and confirmation that the recipient can receive the included services. Contact us and we will talk it through.
