Information you provide
When you contact us by phone or email, you may provide your name, contact details, appointment preferences, and the content of your inquiry. When you buy on this website, you are taken straight to Stripe’s secure checkout page, where you provide your email address, name, billing address, phone number, payment details, and optionally a note about the days or times that suit you. This website itself collects none of that. We use this information to take payment, send your receipt, arrange your appointment, and handle complaints or refunds. Please do not email payment card numbers, identification documents, or sensitive health information.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page; it is never received, seen, or stored by Minarelle or by this website. We receive from Stripe only what we need to fulfil and support your order: your name, email address, the items purchased, the amount, and the payment status. If you choose to pay over time with Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay, Stripe shares the information needed with that provider, which then handles your application and plan under its own privacy policy.
Website technology
This website sets no advertising pixels and runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and there are no user accounts. Your cart stores only item identifiers and quantities in this browser's local storage so your selections carry between pages; you can empty the cart or clear your browser's site data at any time. When you press the pay button, only the item identifiers and quantities in your cart are sent to our checkout server, solely so it can create your Stripe payment session; your own details are entered on Stripe’s page, not here. Images and styles are served from this website. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and security logs in order to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing and marketing
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share only what is needed with providers supporting our payments, communications, hosting, and requested services, or where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not treat an appointment inquiry or a purchase as consent to promotional calls, texts, or email.
Retention and safeguards
General inquiries that do not become customer transactions are deleted within 12 months after the last contact, unless retention is needed for an unresolved issue or a legal obligation. Transaction records are retained as needed for service delivery, accounting, refunds, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and to providers who need the information for those purposes.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will verify your identity proportionately and respond as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
