Information you provide
When you contact us by phone or email, you may provide your name, contact details, appointment preferences, and the content of your inquiry. When you buy on this website by card, Klarna or Afterpay, you are taken straight to Stripe’s secure checkout page, where you provide your email address, name, billing address, phone number, payment details, and optionally a note about the days or times that suit you; this website itself collects none of that. If you choose to pay over time with Affirm, this website asks for your name, email address, mobile number, and billing address so that Affirm can open your application, and passes them to Affirm together with your order; the application itself, including any identity or credit information, is completed in Affirm’s own secure window and never passes through this website. We use this information to take payment, send your receipt, arrange your appointment, and handle complaints or refunds. Please do not email payment card numbers, identification documents, or sensitive health information.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page; it is never received, seen, or stored by Minarelle or by this website. We receive from Stripe only what we need to fulfil and support your order: your name, email address, the items purchased, the amount, and the payment status. If you choose to pay over time with Klarna or Afterpay, Stripe shares the information needed with that provider, which then handles your application and plan under its own privacy policy. Affirm payments are processed by Affirm, Inc., which acts as an independent controller of the application data it collects; our checkout server authorizes and records the payment with Affirm and keeps an order record containing your name, email address, mobile number, billing address, the items purchased, the amount, and Affirm’s transaction reference.
Website technology
This website sets no advertising pixels and runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and there are no user accounts. The one third-party script it loads is Affirm’s, which shows Affirm’s monthly-payment estimates and opens Affirm’s payment window; Affirm processes the technical data that script collects under Affirm’s privacy policy. Your cart stores only item identifiers and quantities in this browser's local storage so your selections carry between pages; you can empty the cart or clear your browser's site data at any time. When you press the pay button, only the item identifiers and quantities in your cart are sent to our checkout server, solely so it can create your Stripe payment session; your own details are entered on Stripe’s page, not here. When you choose Affirm, the details you enter in the Affirm form are sent to our checkout server and on to Affirm for that order only. Images and styles are served from this website. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and security logs in order to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing and marketing
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share only what is needed with providers supporting our payments, communications, hosting, and requested services, or where required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not treat an appointment inquiry or a purchase as consent to promotional calls, texts, or email.
Retention and safeguards
General inquiries that do not become customer transactions are deleted within 12 months after the last contact, unless retention is needed for an unresolved issue or a legal obligation. Transaction records are retained as needed for service delivery, accounting, refunds, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and to providers who need the information for those purposes.
Your requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will verify your identity proportionately and respond as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Third-party links
Directions links open Google Maps and email links open your email application; those services handle information under their own privacy policies. Completing a card, Klarna or Afterpay purchase takes you to Stripe's checkout page, which operates under Stripe's privacy policy; an Affirm purchase opens Affirm’s window, which operates under Affirm’s privacy policy.
