This site provides information about Minarelle and allows you to purchase services and packages online. Placing an order creates a purchase; it does not by itself confirm a specific appointment time. We contact you after purchase to arrange the appointment, subject to availability.
Service information and prices
Prices are shown in USD before sales tax. Sales tax of 10.25% is added at checkout and shown separately, and the total due is displayed before you pay. We will correct any pricing error before accepting payment and seek your agreement to the corrected price; if you do not agree, you may decline the purchase without a charge. If an error is discovered after payment, we will contact you and either refund the difference or, with your agreement, cancel and refund the order in full.
Package terms
Each package identifies its included services, session count, durations, price, and scheduling arrangements, which we confirm with you before your first visit. Prepaid package sessions do not expire, and there is no automatic renewal or recurring billing. Package transfers require our prior written agreement and confirmation that the recipient can receive the included services. If a transfer is not approved, the purchaser retains the unused-session refund option.
Service delivery
Services are provided by appointment at our Woodfield Mall location. We do not guarantee a particular appointment time until it is confirmed with you. If we cannot fulfill an agreed service, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the unprovided portion.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page and are never received or stored by Minarelle or by this website. See payment information for accepted methods.
Booking and refunds
The booking policy and refund policy explain changes, cancellations, and refunds. We provide the applicable terms before purchase and do not apply later changes retroactively to reduce existing purchase rights.
Photography and service outcomes
Stock photography is illustrative and does not depict Minarelle's staff or premises. Individual experiences may differ; this website makes no guaranteed treatment outcomes and no medical claims.
Paying over time
Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay may be offered at checkout through Stripe, subject to your eligibility, the order amount, and the provider's approval. Those arrangements are agreements between you and that provider, governed by its terms and its eligibility requirements. Minarelle is not the lender, does not decide your eligibility, and receives no part of any interest or fee the provider may charge.
